I was going to ask what was in it, at $1.25 per ounce (one almost wonders whether those are troy ounces), but I see that their label helpfully includes a URL. So I shall look for myself, and report back if I find anything interesting.

It's traditionally used as a food in various countries, and is supposed to be very nutritious. Just not that amazing.
