this is what my incoming email looks like. not a good night for living anywhere near the kuril islands. or on the relevant coasts of japan and russia.

we're on tsunami watch.

am not particularly worried since japan has only seen small waves so far, up to 16 inches. not particularly worried anyway, since we're sufficiently above sea level here. but once we're on the boat, i should think to do something about those email messages beyond letting them accumulate in my inbox. like, set off a siren via perl scripts? that would be very geeky.

so, bed or part 2 of the battlestar galactica miniseries? can i handle more tricia helfer in very scant clothing and with utterly non-robotic sex drive?
