felt good today. got the 65 up with less effort than last time.
Barbell Deadlift

still doing fine, and 175 went up twice no problem. my grip is still holding, but i think i might need to stop resting the bar on the fingers, and move it into the hand now.

the oly collars remain handy for microloading the dumbbell. ;) as long as i do these rows and keep gaining on them, i feel my grip stays just ahead of what it needs to be for the deadlift, but just.
