piranhaamazing. simon beck creates ephemeral quilt patterns by walking/stomping his feet in the snow for hours on end.
apparently the main reason for making them was because he could no longer run properly due to problems with his feet, so plodding about on level snow is the least painful way he found of getting exercise. *blink*.
