july 2011 - wet - wet - wet

last year we had the driest july on record since the 1950s, this year seems to be shaping up to be the wettest. i don't mind; i like it cool and rainy.

That is just plain gorgeous.

Here it's been very damp and grey - which I like! I am v thankful for it, as the rest of the country is totally broiling, but I try not to be smug about it in earshot of friends who are stuck broiling.
