Another neat picture, excellent use of B&W. At first I thought feathers! Then, flowers? Finally, it looks like an EM micrograph of bristles, like on a tachnid fly. ^_^

That's lovely, and may become my new desktop image. For some reason (probably because it's less visually invasive) I seem to gravitate to B&W images for my desktop. Thanks for sharing this!
