the only pattern there seems to be to my tachycardia attacks is that they seem to happen every three months now.

no, i don't see any commonality other than that, and believe you me, i have looked.

one thing's for sure, dehydration is not a factor. i've been pounding fluids this last week to stave off some plague that was threatening to invade the household.

Well, phooey. I guess it's nice to rule something out, but phooey. I hope this one is over.

Mine follow heating season, weirdly -- I have never had one in the summer.

it's interesting; i am drinking considerably more than i usually do, and i can see how it drives up my blood pressure.

one thing this stupid ticker problem has been good for, it's teaching me things about my body i wasn't aware of before.

Saw your post and thought the apples were wondeful. Then read your post again and saw you mention tachycardia attacks. I get them a lot.. or I did before I found out I have lots of allergies/food sensitivities. Might be a good thing to see if you have any but to start, try and remember if there is a pattern and what you ate just before an attack. Will also mention Celiac disease as that is what I have and before I went off gluten I got the attacks a ton and they freaked me out.

huh. interesting, and thanks for telling me; i didn't know there could be a connection. as far as i know i have no allergies/food sensitivities. for about a year i kept a food diary (because i was diagnosed as pre-diabetic), so i actually have a lot of data i can look at to see whether there is some food-related thing the tach attacks have in common.
