this grapevine starts around the corner, about 1/3 down the side of the house, and grows across the awning in front now; approaching the corner of the other side of the house. i think next year i could encourage it to go further, if i leave some old growth up instead of trimming it back. :)

OH, that's what it is. It looked spraypainted on a wall to me, before you said that.
