i love diamondplate. i don't really know why, but it will unfailingly draw me and want me to take pictures of it. which is the least i can do, because actually it wants me to take it home and put it up on at least a wall. and in the truck. on the boat. it wants to be everywhere.

My Southern California childhood wants a word with you about diamond plate and the word is "HOOOOT." It could get really miserable with mid-summer heat and glare.

But yeah, it is very photogenic.

In NYC I had diamondplate landings on the stairs. Loved it. Wonder just how badly the buyer screwed the place up.
