That's a spectacularly sucky amount of time to have arrythmia for. I hope it's stopped now.

my record so far is 14 hours. i've read of people who go a couple of days, so i consider myself lucky. and i no longer panic now, so it's easier to deal with.

i've mostly given up on it; there's no directly discernable cause, nothing i can figure that causes the onset, and the only treatment there seems to be is to go to the ER and have them convert me. which ... i hate.

as long as it's not horribly fast, i just put up with it. hey, other people have it much worse.
