borago officinalis. normally the flowers are bright blue, but this is a pink-flowered cultivar.

yummy, both the leaves as a vegetable (has a cucumber-like taste), and the flower in salads or as decoration (sweet, a bit like honey). hardly anyone seems to use it here in north america.

We used to eat the flowers all the time when we were kids. The ones we grew were usually bright blue, but you'd get the occasional pink flower (or lavender) on the same plant.
