Poached bird splat?

Regular old bird splat, from a large, high-altitude bird proceeding at a rate of knots?

Some sort of cnidarian sea life, stranded by the tide?

Latex interior white paint, boiled on the driveway by several lengthy sunny days?

at least that's what it looked like. since i wasn't there during the deposit, and am not a forensics expert on bird shit splatter patterns, i don't know how it came to have this configuration. it did not look fresh to me though.
