there will be more snow pictures, because we're getting more snow. but i figured i'll intersperse them with pictures from the produce section in the new supermarket so it's not all monochrome in my journal.

yesterday was not a good day for hardware, but we have a new gateway up, at least. the power supply fried on the old gateway, and apparently it took something vital on the motherboard with it. also, my new memory for my big mac left the system seriously unstable, after which i spent the rest of the day runnning memory tests. bad stick now identified. also, CPU not fast enough to decode newer mp4s while playing movie.
