sez the paramour -- much to my surprise. how could a proper law-abiding canadian, somebody who doesn't even cross the street against the light, know such things?

a misunderstanding about Canadians

It must be understood that such peacefulness and lawfulness of Canadians as there may be stems not from incapacity or ignorance of other conduct, but from conscious acts of will.

It wouldn't be anything like as consistent as it is if t'were otherwise. :)

CBC/PBS/BBC? I have a wealth of information that many find odd, given my general persona, acquired via an addiction to documentary TV.
