doctor's appointment went well, got my upgraded dosage for celexa, he's happy with my numbers -- extra happy with the bloodpressure, which really has been very good; right where it should be, even within range of the new, lower numbers the medical establishment seems to find healthier these days.

he doesn't think my sore throat is anything to worry about (i didn't either, it was just convenient to have him look at it) -- though his guess was maybe slight allergies. urm. i don't generally have allergies, though maybe several decades living on a continent where everyone else seems to have them has taken its toll? weird. but anyway, was just a guess. and the fact that my eyes are a little watery and producing more mucus than they usually do might also point in that direction. as long as it doesn't get any worse, no problem.
