hopefully caught up on my sleep deficit in this current madcap cycle of insomnia / hypersomnia. left the house to have dinner with P (our boat builder) which was pleasant; good to catch up, hope to see more of each other than we have during the last year. made appointment with dr P for tuesday in order to talk to him about increasing my celexa dosage. feeling very logey.
