red clover

didn't go anywhere today, which is why this is a photo from the front yard. worn out; going right back to bed. good discussion in that other thread though, will get back to it tomorrow -- thanks all for responding.

I really like the colour balance on this one; you might have exceptionally saturated clover in your yard, but still, this is really good for colour detail.

my camera is a red slut; it tends to oversaturate that colour range, and usually i have to desaturate a little in p'shop to make up for that, and even blue-shift the red and magentas a bit. so no, the clover isn't actually quite this saturated though it's close -- the light was in my favour as well.

but when i was working to correct it i blue-shifted it first and then saw how nicely the saturation worked to show the fine lines, and i decided not to desaturate it after all.
