Now that the George W. Bush era is almost over, the world needs a place to archive the legacy of the 43rd president.

"chronicle of higher education" readers were invited to send in designs on the backs of envelopes. y'all can vote on which you like best:

Some nice ones indeed, although it's sad that some people actually tried to design a library (where there will be no books, and all the presidential papers will be either lost or withheld).

But wow. $500M is actually a significant chunk of money. Almost one deficit-day, just for that.

I say we get a standard office document storage box and put all of the books he's ever read in it. That should easily leave enough space for large font single sided sheets of paper detailing any thing he's done that was good. Plus a couple of reams of printer paper in case the printer runs out.

Well, make sure you don't include any form of the christian bible, because I guarantee he's never read it. Certainly not all of it, even in english.
