happiness

is a drooling cat in my armpit, especially if that cat hadn't dared come into the house for weeks. i am close to tears, it makes me so happy that she's back inside and feeling comfortable enough to go into that kitten trance of hers where she's kneading me like i'm sourdough.

i love that little calliope. i am glad she feels safe again.

and i have fresh bread, cambozola, and cream cheese, which i shall consume when she is done with the kneading and drooling.

life is good.
