i don't think the raccoons will go anywhere with this truck. heck, _we_ won't go anywhere. :) the snow is now up to the top of the tires.

6th day of happiness meme:

being incredibly productive due to SNOW (i wonder whether all my remaining happiness moments are gonna be about snow). cleaned off the truck, locked the hubs, drove it out and back in a few times to create a clear path so we can actually leave tonight. then shook every tree in the cedar hedge to remove the snow from it, since otherwise we get lots of breakage when the thaw comes (that's a lot of trees). brought in several loads of wood for the fire. filled the bird feeders and made some impromptu ones out of cats' immediate reach. made paths for the cats to go between the house, the truck, the landlord's car port, the woodshed, and the missile silo.

lots of exercise without feeling at all like doing exercise.
