That sounds miserable. :/ I'm sorry for whatever degree I contributed! I thought I was over mine, but it's hard to tell, and I managed to give it to several people at work (or we all managed to get it in staggered order).

probably wasn't you -- AFAIK colds are only contagious before one actually shows symptoms. i figured i got it from somebody on the ferry.

The trick is to have people around so you can all be sick together and commiserate.

oh no, you just described one of my nightmares! :) i like some aspects of communal living (though not in dorms, *shudder*), but when sick i am best left alone -- except for the magical fairies who make all sorts of stuff appear that might be helpful (like medicine, and books).
