oh, that's great! and yeah, i know from holes, cause i've been in mine for decades. you used to be much more physically active than i was, so the good news is that it'll probably not take as long as climb back up.

just be nice to yourself. seriously. i used to criticize myself harshly, and that just never helped; if anything, it hindered me. small steps count. i am no longer allowed to call them "pathetic". ;)
