Over my lifetime as a pet owner I have had only one cat who managed to maintain a really good grudge about the spaying- and he was a professionally grumpy character even as a bitty kitten.

I did have a couple who got cranked up over the flea treatment every damn time but a conciliatory offering of tuna usually solved that. And the cross-country move a few years back put the cat firmly in the 'you are a cat mugger!' camp towards me, though he greeted my husband as a liberator. Radar shows signs of having mostly forgiven me now, but he will probably always prefer my husband.

Dogs, as far as I can tell, don't care as long as the walks and the cookies keep coming.
