walklog:

6-11 westwood lake, 5.85 km 1:35, elevation gain 570m. first walk after the afib episodes on the weekend. just walked, didn't take a lot of pictures. 3 goslings with the flock at the swimming area.

feeling better today. monday was supposed to be my heart stress test, but on sunday i had an afib attack which after a few minutes changed to serious arrhythmia for nearly 11 hours, and i got no sleep, was exhausted on monday and cancelled. i don't know whether this attack was the result of going off the metoprolol for 2 days prior to the stress test (doctor's orders), but i am not keen on repeating the experiment. i took a micardis and a metoprolol when the arrhythmia just would not stop, and converted 40 min later. i guess i'll talk to dr W about it when rescheduling the stress test.

still have blood work to do as well.
