This is one that's on my list to read, though I haven't checked it out yet. If you're at all interested in RL guys who identify as otomen, you might want to check out this blog. The main subject is explaining Japanese slang (especially animanga & online slang) in English, as well as posting pics of his cosplay stuff, but he's also very open about being an otomen and what that means to him. He's a big fan of shoujo, otome games, and BL, though he's not gay. He just really loves the romance aspect. (It's also a good blog for studying Japanese, since his English is quite good and he does a good job of explaining what various slang words and phrases mean.)
