I was thinking more of the non-disparaging, descriptive uses of the words. e.g. social pariah (or out-caste); pariah dog (an actual UKC category for several breeds of purebred dogs, as well as a generic term for feral dogs in south asia...but I drift, as none of these words are actually ableist.
