Well,we're heading that way here at the co-op, between the city's efforts and our own needs to reduce real running expenses. It's not easy. It requires quite a bit of thinking through and planning to keep it affordable, but once in progress, it gets easier as you go along.

My next career? Facilitator fer hire. :)
