Wow, that's complicated. When I set it up (on Windows, so...), I just got the official client and set it to 20% upload and started opening torrents. (Yeah, I know about the 80% thing, but my line is shared also used for server hosting so I'm not interested in hogging it for BT.) Really simple. *shrug*
