Yes, I think the two things that bother me the most: Firstly, whatever is appropriate and understood behaviour between HE and CW in private, what you do in public is different, because a bunch of people with no context will be trying to create one (and HE doesn't seem to understand that).

And secondly, he strikes me as having serious boundary issues, in that it is apparently not his own personal responsibility to think about and control his behaviour.

And as an aside: HE has very appropriate initials.
